"Im Part Viking started writing rubbish punk music in rubbish punk bands when he was 14, but soon moved onto writing instrumental music influenced, in equal parts, by Pixies, Aphex Twin, Radiohead and Spiritualized. He moved on but unfortuanately the bad punk bands did not, so since then he has been recording mostly solo EP's. His music has ranged from ambient sound scapes to hip hop, from drum and bass to psychedelia, trying to find some common ground between them." - Im Part Viking
